We tried using voodoosms for our app, and getting the API working was more of a hassle than we expected. The docs weren’t always clear, and a few of the responses didn’t line up with what we thought we’d get back. Support did respond eventually, so it’s not even about that, it was more that we ended up having to troubleshoot a lot on our own. We did get it working in the end, but the whole process definitely wasn’t smooth...

My texts send almost instantly, which is better than what I’ve experienced with a lot of other apps. I haven’t had to sit around waiting for messages to go through, and that makes it really easy to rely on. Happy with it so far.

I’ve used voodoosms for basic message sending and it does the job well 🙂 Nothing really to complain about in terms of how it works, but the pricing feels just okay to me. It’s not bad value, I just wish the credits went a bit further. I’d probably use it again as long as the costs stay reasonable

The analytics technically work if all you want to do is check which texts were sent or failed, but the reporting is frustrating. It feels like they put in the bare minimum and called it done. There aren’t enough filters, exporting is more annoying than it should be, and it makes something that should be simple feel like extra work. They really need to fix this.

It just worked, which is apparently too much to ask from a lot of platforms. Saved me a solid chunk of time and a lot of frustration.
